1. Take Classes or Get Training
   Griffin Code Constulting offers training in many ways that are convenient to you. We offer classes in exam preparation, continuing education, employee training and private tutoring. You can contact Griffin Code Consulting for a plan that is custom suited for you.
   
   
2. Prepare For the Exam
   Generally the tests are 100 questions with a 6 hour time limit. Restricted license exams vary in length depending upon the classification. Application packets may be obtained from the NC Board of Examiners of Electrical Contractors. Griffin Code Consulting can help you with preparing for the exam. The kinds of questions you will encounter on the exam are located here on our sample test.
   
   
3. Take the Exam
   Requirements for taking the exam can  be found in the application packet mentioned above.
