Where Did the Brandon Oaks Message Boards Go?
The Brandon Oaks Message Boards have been moved to a new private location that is no longer associated with the HOA Board of Directors. The message boards are now supported soley by the residents of Brandon Oaks. This is still a great place to get to know your neighbors and converse about Brandon Oaks Community Living. Rules & Regulations are being distributed throughout the community in everyone's newspaper receptacles. These DO NOT replace the Covenants, but are to be used in conjunction with them.

Soccer Field is In Place
We now have goals on the soccer field. Brandon Oaks may be looking for someone to organize and start up a Brandon Oaks Soccer Team. If you are interested please contact the HOA.

For any emergency, dial 9-1-1. For non-emergency call 704-283-3789. Loitering leads to vandalism. We need to send the message loud and clear that vandalism is not tolerated in Brandon Oaks. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extend of the law. read more...

Lawn Watering Restrictions
$500 Fine if Violated.
 Anyone who violates the restrictions in Union County could face up to a $500 fine. Water department officials said hundreds of workers will be out in the field every day looking out for violations.

Regular Town Council Meetings Consider Attending, Just Listen or Make Your Voice Heard. These are regularly scheduled meetings held every month at 7:00pm in the Civic Building behind Town Hall.  The public is always welcomed to attend. If you wish to speak, sign up at 6:30 using the sign in sheet at door.
